Email marketers and designers of the world – listen (or read) up! Microsoft has again flipped the script on designing for Hotmail as their ever-changing email application now features Outlook-style preview panes and a user experience that is almost identical to Outlook.
As a long-time Hotmail sign in user, I’ve been privy to several changes they’ve made over the past few years that haven’t been that impressive. However, I like this preview pane addition and as email marketers, we have one more thing to adjust to.
